Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce celebrate Easter with his family at their £4.7million home

It seems like Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce had a fun-filled Easter Sunday as they spent the day with Travis’ family at their lavish home in Pennsylvania. Taylor and Travis flew out from Los Angeles to join the NFL star’s brother Jason Kelce and his wife Kylie Kelce for the holiday. The trip was extra-special for Taylor as she was introduced to Travis’ nieces – Bennie, one, Elliotte, three and Wyatt, four – for the first time. The family spent the morning at Jason’s home in the upscale Haverford Township area, which is just outside Philadelphia city centre. Taylor and Travis are then said to have stayed at the Four Seasons hotel after joining in with the family’s annual Easter egg hunt. READ MORE: Sabrina Carpenter poses for Kim Kardashian’s Skims ad in risque photoshoot after Taylor Swift tour After flying from Los Angeles, Taylor and Travis were seen pulling up to Jason’s house, in pictures obtained by the Daily Mail. The sprawling home features a wraparound deck so they can sit and enjoy the sunshine as well as a swimming pool and an acre of landscaped gardens. Jason bought multiple homes on the same plot of land, with reports suggesting he eventually plans to demolish the existing structures to create a single estate. In 2018, he bought a 2.5-bathroom home for $680,000 (£541,000). Jason then expanded his property portfolio in 2020 when he bought the house next door for $3.96million (£3.15million). In September 2023, Jason bought another mansion for $1.35million (£1.07million). Taylor loves to celebrate Easter by sharing adorable snaps with fans and this year was no different. The singer took to Instagram to share a cute clip of herself wearing an adorable rabbit onesie when she was a baby. “Dropping easter eggs since 1989. What’s your favorite that you’ve found through the eras?” her management team, Taylor Nation, wrote alongside the clip. The video showed Taylor in 1990 as she wore the cute costume. At the time, Taylor was just three months old, and looked adorable as she was cradled by her mum Andrea Swift. In the clip the singer beamed as her mother held her, with Taylor pulling cute faces at the camera. * Follow Mirror Celebs on TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Threads.

Lewis Hamilton doesn’t mince his words over controversy that denied him F1 record

Lewis Hamilton has insisted he was ‘obviously robbed’ of a record-breaking eighth world championship at the 2021 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Heading into that infamous race, the Mercedes star was locked in a titanic title fight with Red Bull’s Max Verstappen. As the race entered its final stages, Hamilton was leading with Verstappen second, but Williams star Nicholas Latifi crashed into a wall. That brought out a safety car, with Verstappen pitting for fresh tyres and Hamilton forced to stay out to protect track position. Race director Michael Masi then shocked the F1 world by only allowing the lapped caps separating Hamilton and Verstappen to return to the lead lap. That set up a last-lap showdown for the title, with Verstappen on his newer tyres getting past Hamilton. Masi’s decision caused widespread fury, with the Australian later sacked, and Hamilton has now admitted that the race is something he still thinks about. “Was I robbed? Obviously. I mean, you know the story. But I think what was really beautiful in that moment, which I take away from it, was my dad was with me. And we’d gone through this huge roller coaster of life together, ups and downs,” Hamilton told GQ. “And the day that it hurt the most, he was there, and the way he raised me was to always stand up, keep your head high. And I obviously went to congratulate Max, and not realizing the impact that that would have but also I was really conscious of, like, there’s a mini-me watching. “This is the defining moment of my life. And I think it really was. I felt it. I didn’t know how it was going to be perceived. I hadn’t, like, visualised it. But I was definitely conscious of: These next 50 metres that I walk is where I fall to the ground and die—or I rise up.” Hamilton would ultimately miss out on the title by just one point because of his defeat in Abu Dhabi. Masi was then sacked by the FIA ahead of the following season for his decision to change the safety car procedure. HAVE YOUR SAY! Who will win the Japanese Grand Prix this weekend? Comment below. The decision was put down to ‘human error’, though it left Hamilton and Mercedes furious. That anger has failed to dissipate in the two-and-a-half years since either, with Silver Arrows boss Toto Wolff branding Masi an ‘idiot’ last December. “[There were] brutal scars! Incredible scars and we will never get over them, in a way. They became scars and there are moments when you think ‘how could that happen? We know how it happened,” he told Motorsport.com. “But I don’t want to waste a minute [thinking] about the reasons [why it happened], because that would give the guy (Masi) too much credit. He’s just an idiot who made the wrong decision.” In the years since that infamous race, Hamilton has been struggling for even the chance to get on the podium. Meanwhile, Verstappen has dominated, winning the last two drivers’ world championships in succession.

Gcaba family speak out regarding police statement in AKA, Tibz matter

Reading Time: 2 minutes As the bail application of five suspects who are accused of the murders of Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes and Tebello ‘Tibz’ Motsoane resumes in the Durban Magistrate’s Court today, Bright Circle, the company owned by the Gcaba family, issued a statement over the weekend stating that they will cooperate with the justice system. Last week, the matter took an unexpected twist when the court heard that the money allegedly paid to the accused for the killings was from a taxi boss in the province, Mfundo Gcaba. Forbes and Motsoane were gunned down outside a restaurant in Durban last year. In a sworn statement read out in court last week, investigating officer Detective Bob Pillay indicated that R800 000 was transferred from Bright Circle to Mziwethemba Gwabeni. The statement also said the financial transaction between Gcaba and Gwabeni was purely for business purposes. Gwabeni is believed to be the coordinator of the hit on Forbes and Motsoane. Pillay said the payment was made shortly after Gwabeni called Gcaba the day after the murders. Last week, the court also heard that several of the accused are linked to taxi violence in other pending cases. The State will continue to lead its evidence this morning. Ramadan: Fasting can cause kidney problems, affect blood sugar level – Expert warns

A Consultant Radiation and Clinical Oncologist at the Federal Medical Centre in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Bolaji Salako, has issued caution to Muslim faithfuls on the need to engage in healthy fasting exercise. Salako said fasting during Ramadan can pose certain health risks, like kidney problems. Speaking with the News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, in Ibadan on Monday, Salako said dehydration during fasting posed a lot of concerns due to the hot climate. He warned that fasting not properly observed can affect blood sugar level for those battling with diabetes. “Not drinking water for long hours can lead to dehydration, which can result in fatigue, headaches, dizziness, and even more serious complications like kidney challenges if not addressed. “It is crucial for fasting individuals to stay hydrated during non-fasting hours,” Salako said. He also identified nutritional deficiencies because fasting involved abstaining from food and drink during daylight hours, which can sometimes lead to imbalances in nutrient intake. Salako charged those engaging in fasting to consume balanced diets during non-fasting hours. He said that consuming diets that are not balanced could potentially lead to deficiencies in essential vitamins and minerals if not managed properly. “Additionally, fasting can affect blood sugar levels, especially for individuals with diabetes. “It is important for those with diabetes and other diseases like hypertension and cancer to work closely with their medical doctors to adjust their medication schedules and monitor their health conditions carefully during Ramadan,” Salako said.

Ekin-Su says Celebrity Big Brother made her realise she had ‘lost herself’

Reality TV star Ekin-Su has admitted Celebrity Big Brother was the lightbulb moment that made her realise she had “lost” herself. The 29-year-old won the ITV dating show Love Island in 2022 with her then-boyfriend Davide Sanclimenti and went on to appear in a long list of reality programmes including Dancing on Ice, The Traitors US and most recently, the rebooted CBB. However, Ekin-Su has admitted that her time on the show made her realise she had lost herself and no longer knew who she was outside of TV shows and her relationships. She and Sanclimenti had split in January, just months before she entered the Big Brother house. When Ekin-Su was the sixth contestant to be evicted from the show, she took a break from social media and skipped the live final. In a new post shared to Instagram, she wrote: “Haven’t felt myself for a long time, and I’ve realised I had kind of lost myself and for a while didn’t know who I was beyond being defined by ex-relationships or TV shows, and that needs to change!” She added that CBB was the “final lightbulb moment” that made her realise its time to focus on her own “growth and healing”. “Embracing the fresh start to a new month and new era…. Wishing everyone an April full of possibilities,” she wrote, before thanking fans for their support. “I am so grateful for each one of you.” Addressing her absence from the live final last week, the Turkish soap actor and reality star explained her absence as avoiding a “potentially uncomfortable situation” and setting a personal boundary. “I know it’s unlike me to hide away, but I’ve been taking some time to reflect,” she began her message. “Sometimes in our lowest moments, we learn the most important lessons about ourselves. “I hope you don’t think I was selfish for setting boundaries and putting my own needs first last night. I’m fully aware that not everybody will understand my absence, or think it was the right decision to make, BUT it was the right decision for me.” She continued: “I chose to remove myself from a potentially uncomfortable situation that I preferred to avoid. I’m proud of myself for recognising what I need during this time, despite the hate that might come my way. “Accountability is key and when I’m ready, I will give some context around these past few weeks.” Ekin-Su rounded off her post by thanking “everybody who has sent kindness my way” and teasing that “new chapter starts now”. When the reality star left CBB and appeared on the after-hours Late & Live talk show, she was grilled about her time in the house by presenters AJ Odudu and Will Best, and clashed with Bad Education and Strictly star Layton Williams. She was also questioned about her treatment of West End star Marisha Wallace by Williams, who told her not to “blame the edit” she received before getting a chance to see it herself. In a message of support for Ekin-Su last week, The Real Housewives of Cheshire cast member and fellow CBB evictee Lauren Simon described her experience of being on Late & Live as “torturous”.

Seoul shares up for 3rd day on tech gains; won at 5-month low – The Korea Herald

Seoul shares closed higher Tuesday to extend their winning streak to a third day on strong gains in techs amid speculation that strong US data may prod the Federal Reserve to push back its rate-cut timetable. The Korean won tumbled to the lowest in over five months to the US dollar. The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index rose 5.30 points, or 0.19 percent, to close at 2,753.16. Trade volume was heavy at 618.07 million shares worth 12.9 trillion won ($9.5 billion), with decliners outpacing gainers 976 to 220. Foreigners bought a net 1 trillion won worth of stocks, offsetting institutions and individuals’ stock selling valued at a combined 976 billion won. The market advance got a boost from robust manufacturing activities in the United States and China last month, analysts said. The Institute for Supply Management’s manufacturing purchasing managers’ index, released overnight, stayed at 50.3 last month, the highest since September 2022 despite a prolonged tightening mode by the Fed. China Manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index expanded for the first time in six months in March, with the index coming in at 50.8, up from 49.1 a month earlier. “Tech shares are likely to continue to support the main index ahead of the release of fourth-quarter earnings results (due this month) due to strong demand for semiconductors and other technology devices,” No Dong-kil, an analyst at Shinhan Securities Co., said. Meanwhile, the Fed has said it expects three rate cuts this year, but its easing policy may drag on if inflation remains elevated and the economy continues to grow. In Seoul, tech stocks were lead gainers. Market bellwether Samsung Electronics Co. rose 3.7 percent to 85,000 won, No. 2 chipmaker SK hynix Inc. climbed 0.4 percent to 160,400 won, leading cosmetics firm AmorePacific Corp. gained 3.9 percent to 134,200 won, and shipbuilder Hanwha Ocean Co. was up 1 percent to 28,250 won. Among decliners, top carmaker Hyundai Motor Co. fell 3.3 percent to 220,000 won, national flag carrier Korean Air Co. declined 1.8 percent to 21,650 won, state utility Korea Electric Power Corp. shed 2.5 percent to 21,550 won, and leading battery maker LG Energy Solution Ltd. was down 0.6 percent to 393,000 won. The local currency closed at 1,352.10 won against the greenback, down 2.7 won from the previous session’s close. (Yonhap)
