Florida construction crane segment collapses onto downtown bridge killing 1 worker, hospitalizing 2 others

A construction worker is dead, and two others are injured after a piece of a construction crane plummeted down on a busy bridge in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on Thursday afternoon. According to the Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue, first responders were called to the Southeast 3rd Avenue Bridge, which spans the New River, around 4:30 p.m. Thursday. “During the process of “stepping the crane” a large section in the operation fell from an elevated position,” officials said in a Facebook post. Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue Chief Stephen Gollan said at an evening press conference that a construction worker died. Their identity has not been released. A third person who was injured was not taken to the hospital. Gollan said a platform that held equipment failed, sending the items from the platform down onto the bridge. Plea talks ongoing for 3rd man charged in killing of Run-DMC star Jam Master Jay

Prosecutors and defense lawyers are exploring the possibility of a plea deal for the last of three men charged in the 2002 killing of Run-DMC star Jam Master Jay, both sides said Thursday, less than six weeks after two co-defendants were convicted. The talks just began, and it’s unclear what federal prosecutors might be willing to offer Jay Bryant, or what he might be willing to accept. Federal prosecutors and Bryant’s lawyer, César de Castro, declined to comment after court. JURY CONVICTS KILLERS OF RUN-DMC STAR JAM MASTER JAY Both sides are due to file a written status update Aug. 5. For now, Judge LaShann DeArcy Hall set Bryant’s trial for late next January. Bryant, 50, has pleaded not guilty to murder in the shooting of Jam Master Jay, born Jason Mizell. As a DJ in Run-DMC, he crafted beats and scratches that helped rap break through to a mainstream audience in the 1980s. With hits such as “It’s Tricky” and a genre-crossing version of Aerosmith’s “Walk This Way,” Run-DMC was the first rap group with gold and platinum albums and a video in regular rotation on MTV. Mizell was shot in his Queens, New York, recording studio on Oct. 30, 2002, in front of witnesses who worked for him. Despite rewards and a plethora of tips, it took decades for investigators to elicit the information that finally led to the arrests of Karl Jordan Jr. and Ronald Washington in 2020 and Bryant in 2023. Washington and Jordan were convicted in February. They had pleaded not guilty, and their lawyers had challenged key witnesses’ credibility. Some initially denied they could identify the attackers or had heard who they were but later implicated one or both of the defendants. Both were close to Mizell: Jordan was his godson, Washington an old friend. Prosecutors said the two killed the DJ because of bad blood over a drug deal, a theory that complicated Mizell’s image as a member of a rap group known for its anti-drug advocacy. Bryant, on the other hand, had little if any connection to the rap star. He knew someone in common with Jordan and Washington, according to testimony at their trial, but it was unclear whether Bryant had any acquaintance with Mizell. Bryant became part of the case after his DNA was found on a hat in the studio, according to authorities. The hat also bore material from other people — but not Washington or Jordan, according to court papers. CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APP Bryant’s uncle testified that his nephew told him he shot Mizell after the DJ reached for a gun. No other testimony echoed that scenario, however, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Artie McConnell said Bryant was “involved, but he’s not the killer.” Indeed, prosecutors don’t allege that Bryant even was in the studio, which was in a building with other businesses. Rather, prosecutors say Bryant slipped into the building and opened its back fire door so Washington and Jordan could get in without buzzing the studio.

Doctor reveals what a ‘slice of penis’ looks like under a microscope — viewers are ‘riveted’

You might not be ready for this close-up. A British doctor has left TikTok users in shock after he showed what a “thin salami slice” of penis looks like beneath a microscope. Dr Karan Raj — who boasts more than 5 million followers on the social media app — posted a video featuring an amplified image of the manhood, which was bright pink in color. The clip, uploaded on Monday, was accompanied by a voiceover in which Raj attempted to explain what, exactly, viewers were looking at. “Let’s look at the hardware,” he excitedly declared. “The meatstick is composed of three cylinders. One and two are the corpora cavernosa.” The corpora cavernosa are the two largest cylinders and run down the shaft of the penis, per Raj, who explained that they get filled up with blood during an erection. The doctor then magnified the image even further to reveal the corpora cavernosa hold tiny blood vessels, resembling branches, to transport the blood amid arousal. “Tiny spaces between the blood vessels and the penis sponge are key to the expansion of the love missile,” he stated. The third, smaller cylinder seen on the on the magnified image of the penis is the corpus spongiosum — which holds the urethra. Raj added that this cylinder can also fill with blood during an erection, compressing the urethra. Therefore, he explained, it was harder for men to urinate while their penis was stiff. Viewers were left vexed as to how Raj managed to obtain a magnified image of a “slice” of penis, with one asking: “WAIT. How did you collect this?” Others said they were “riveted” by the unexpected anatomy lesson that popped up on their TikTok feed. “This is how you make learning interesting,” one impressed pundit proclaimed.

1 killed, 2 others hospitalized after crane section falls from a South Florida high-rise

One person was killed and two others were hospitalized Thursday afternoon when a section of crane fell from a building in downtown Fort Lauderdale, officials said. Crews were in the process of “stepping the crane” during the construction of a high-rise building when a section being prepared to increase the crane’s height came loose, Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue Chief Stephen Gollan said during a news conference. A construction worker fell with the crane section, causing fatal injuries, officials said. The crane itself remained secured to the building. The crane section landed on a nearby bridge, damaging at least two vehicles, Gollan said. A man and a woman who had been on the ground were taken to a nearby hospital, where they were listed in stable condition. Another person was treated at the scene and refused transport to the hospital. The bridge was damaged by the falling crane section, meaning the roadway will be closed indefinitely until it’s repaired. The river that runs under the bridge was also closed to marine traffic. Officials didn’t immediately know what caused the crane section to fall. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue will investigate.

Trump loses bids to dismiss classified docs, Georgia election cases on the same day

Donald Trump in back-to-back court rulings lost separate attempts to dismiss indictments against him in two of his four active criminal cases. In Florida federal court, Judge Aileen Cannon rejected Trump’s bid to drop charges related to his alleged mishandling of classified documents after leaving the White House. That ruling came down two hours after Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee denied Trump’s request to dismiss his Georgia election interference case on the grounds that it violated his free speech rights. Cannon’s ruling also pushed back on special counsel Jack Smith, who criticized the judge earlier this week over her guidelines for proposed jury instructions. Donald Trump on Thursday afternoon lost two separate attempts to dismiss criminal charges against him in his Florida and Georgia cases. In Florida federal court, Judge Aileen Cannon rejected Trump’s bid to drop charges against him related to his alleged mishandling of hundreds of classified documents after he left the White House. In a brief order, Cannon wrote that Trump’s argument, which hinged on his interpretation of the Presidential Records Act, was an insufficient basis for dismissal. That ruling came about two hours after Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee denied Trump’s attempt to dismiss his Georgia election interference case on the grounds that it violated his free speech rights. The twin losses came one day after New York Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan denied a request by Trump to delay his upcoming criminal hush money trial. That case is set to begin jury selection in less than two weeks. It is the first of Trump’s four criminal cases to go to trial. The presumptive Republican presidential nominee has aggressively sought to dismiss all of his criminal trials, or at least to push them past the November election. In the hush money case alone, he has made eight attempts to delay the trial. Thursday’s developments were not a total win for Trump’s prosecutors, however. Cannon’s ruling also pushed back on special counsel Jack Smith, who criticized the judge’s guidelines earlier this week for the proposed jury instructions. Smith said that Cannon’s guidelines, which asked the parties to write jury instructions about how to interpret the Presidential Records Act, were based on a false legal premise that wrongly gave credence to Trump’s claims. Smith asked Cannon to decide quickly if she will adopt those jury instructions, so that he has time to appeal her decision. Cannon on Thursday slammed that demand as “unprecedented and unjust.” The judge wrote that her order about the jury instructions “should not be misconstrued” as the final word on any essential piece of the case. Rather, she wrote, it was “a genuine attempt, in the context of the upcoming trial, to better understand the parties’ competing positions” in a complex case. But Cannon added that Smith is nonetheless free to make use of “whatever appellate options it sees fit to invoke, as permitted by law.” This is breaking news. Please check back for updates.

Paul McCartney responds to Beyoncé’s cover of Beatles song ‘Blackbird’

Paul McCartney is singing the praises of Beyoncé’s new cover version of “Blackbird.” The Beatles legend posted a photo of himself and Beyoncé April 4 on Instagram. In his caption, he said the “Texas Hold ‘Em” singer’s “magnificent” rendition of “Blackbird”on her new “Carter Cowboy” album “reinforces” the song’s “civil rights message.” “I am so happy with @beyonce’s version of my song ‘Blackbird.’ I think she does a magnificent version of it and it reinforces the civil rights message that inspired me to write the song in the first place,” wrote McCartney. McCartney added that he “would urge” music lovers to listen to Beyoncé’s “fab version” of his song. The musician also revealed that he and the former Destiny’s Child member have communicated about her version of the song. “I spoke to her on FaceTime and she thanked me for writing it and letting her do it,” wrote McCartney. “I told her the pleasure was all mine and I thought she had done a killer version of the song.” McCartney then explained that he was inspired to write “Blackbird,” which originally appeared on the Beatles’ 1968 double album “The Beatles” (also known as “The White Album”) after watching television footage of Black students being harassed for attending newly integrated schools following the Supreme Court’s landmark 1954 Brown v. The Board of Education decision that outlawed segregation in public schools. “When I saw the footage on the television in the early ’60s of the Black girls being turned away from school, I found it shocking and I can’t believe that still in these days there are places where this kind of thing is happening right now,” wrote McCartney. He added, “Anything my song and Beyoncé’s fabulous version can do to ease racial tension would be a great thing and makes me very proud.” McCartney has previously spoken about the inspiration behind “Blackbird,” specifying that it was watching footage of the Little Rock Nine, the nickname for the nine teenagers who became the first Black students to enter the formerly all-white Central High School in Little Rock, Arkansas, in September 1957, that prompted him to write the song. The Little Rock Nine required escorts by military personnel to protect them from protestors that had surrounded the high school. “I was sitting around with my acoustic guitar and I’d heard about the civil rights troubles that were happening in the ’60s in Alabama, Mississippi, Little Rock in particular,” McCartney told GQ in 2018. “I just thought it would be really good if I could write something that if it ever reached any of the people going through those problems, it might give them a little bit of hope. So, I wrote ‘Blackbird,'” he continued. McCartney added that the song is specifically about the young Black women of the civil rights movement. “In England, a bird is a girl, so I was thinking of a Black girl going through this; now is your time to arise; set yourself free; take these broken wings,” he explained. In the song, McCartney tells the story of a blackbird “singing in the dead of night” who can “take these broken wings and learn to fly.” “All your life, you were only waiting for this moment to arise,” the musician sings, later, adding, “All your life, you were only waiting for this moment to be free.” Melba Pattillo Beals, 82, who was a member of the Little Rock Nine, told the Washington Post that hearing Beyoncé’s rendition of “Blackbird” filled her with pride for the role she played in public school desegregation. “This song awakens so much,” said Beals. Beals revealed that she only learned in 2016 that the story of the Little Rock Nine inspired “Blackbird.” “Paul McCartney said by writing that song, ‘I hear you. I may not be able to rescue you, but I hear you singing in your dark,’” said Beals. Beyonce’s rendition of “Blackbird” uses McCartney’s original master recordings that feature his guitar playing and the sound of his toe-tapping, according to Variety. The “Bodyguard” singer also added soaring harmonies courtesy of four Black country music singers — Reyna Roberts, Tanner Adell, Brittney Spencer and Tiera Kennedy — as well as new orchestral and bass parts. As online casinos continue to explode in popularity throughout the United States, more and more operators are starting to surface in legal iGaming states. With so many different online casino options now available, it can be difficult for players to pinpoint the best online casino for their needs. One extremely important factor when it comes to selecting an online casino platform that is often overlooked is withdrawal speed. If a player is lucky enough to beat the house and walk away with some winnings, they deserve to receive said winnings as quickly as possible. In this piece, we’ll review the fastest payout online casinos in the United States, discuss some of the best deposit and withdrawal methods for instant payouts, go over which games are available at these casinos, and much more. More on the Fastest Payout Online Casinos Top 5 Fastest Payout Online Casinos in the US Instant Withdrawal Casinos by State Fastest Deposit and Withdrawal Methods Same-Day Withdrawal vs. Instant Withdrawal Casino Games Available at Fast Withdrawal Online Casinos Online Casino Security Responsible Gaming Initiatives Frequently Asked Questions About The Top 5 Fast Withdrawal Online Casinos Top 5 Fastest Payout Online Casinos in the USA So, you’ve worked your strategy at a real money online casino to win enough to cash out. FanDuel Casino also offers one of the largest blackjack libraries, with a mix of exclusive games like Football blackjack and multiple versions with multi-hand. BetMGM Casino Besides being one of the fastest payout online casino options across several states, BetMGM Casino, like its sister site, Borgata Casino, is part of the illustrious MGM brand. This is undoubtedly one of the best fast-payout online casino offerings, with separate welcome bonuses for new members to choose between for sports betting, casino games, and poker. While BetMGM does offer free spins often, it easily has one of the largest gaming libraries and a rare no-deposit bonus. DraftKings Casino Like FanDuel, DraftKings owes its online casino dominance to being a pioneer in the daily fantasy sports arena, which came before legal sports betting. Since Americans in states like New Jersey were already used to the DraftKings DFS app, the brand experienced a smooth transition into the online casino realm. DraftKings has one of the industry’s most fluid and polished real money online casino apps. DraftKings Casino has one of the most exclusive game libraries, which includes several progressive roulette options, like NBA Slam Dunk and Touchdown roulette, which have mega and mini jackpots. Fanatics Casino is currently online in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Instant Withdrawal Casinos by State Since 2013, with New Jersey leading the way, today, the American online casino sector has blossomed into a billion-dollar industry. This is also thanks to the legalization of sports betting after the United States Supreme Court overturned the PAPSA ban in 2018. However, with six states currently offering regulated iGaming options, the need for regulation is paramount. To crack down on illegal gambling and protect residents from predatory, unlicensed sites, each state where online casinos are legal has a gaming commission or division. These gaming agencies provide confidence for gamblers to participate. Gaming agencies also vow that gamblers will receive prompt customer support, safe banking, and a guarantee of getting paid on time. While there might be slight differences, most gaming divisions operate similarly. Let’s dive deeper into the details about the states that offer legal online casinos and how they operate. New Jersey In 2013, The Garden State helped to kick off the multi-billion dollar online casino and sports betting boom when former Governor Chris Christie signed multiple bills for sanctioned iGaming sites to partner with Atlantic City’s casinos. New Jersey‘s Division of Gaming Enforcement screens and approves all license applicants, including virtual casinos. West Virginia In 2019, West Virginia became the fifth state to sanction online casinos, with the first series of iGaming sites launching in July 2020. Governor Jim Justice signed H-2934, the West Virginia Lottery Interactive Wagering Act, to make regulated online casinos a reality. While West Virginians only have to be 18 to play bingo, horse races, or the state lottery, the minimum age to gamble online or in person is 21. Michigan Today, Michigan hosts 16 legal online casinos, including Golden Nugget, arguably the fastest-paying online casino. In December 2019, current Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer signed a series of bills to allow regulated iGaming sites and premier sportsbooks like BetMGM to operate. To close out 2023, Michigan’s online casinos earned a record-breaking $2.3 billion. Michigan’s Gaming Control Board licenses all the casinos, sportsbooks, and virtual casinos. Pennsylvania In 2017, Governor Wolf signed legislation for legal online casino sites. The first online casino wave launched in 2019, beginning with some of the best online casino apps. The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board controls and licenses all retail and online casino activities. Next to Nevada, Pennsylvania’s online casinos bring in the most tax revenue. Connecticut Connecticut only has two online casino options, DraftKings and Mohegan Sun, with Mohegan Sun operating online via existing tribal compacts. Online gambling, including online and land-based sports betting, has been legal in The Constitution State since Governor Lamont signed the passage in May 2021. Under the umbrella of the Department of Consumer Protection, Connecticut’s Gaming Division regulates all gambling activity. They also regulate the fastest payout online casinos listed in this article for fair and transparent results. Fastest Deposit and Withdrawal Methods Instant withdrawal casinos remain committed to their members under the purview of state gaming commissions. Because not every financial institution approves of online gambling, sometimes credit and debit cards will be blocked or flagged. The best fast payout casino should have many digital payment methods for deposits and withdrawals to compensate for this. Because nobody wants to wait weeks for a check or several business days for a bank transfer to finish processing, new-age deposit and withdrawal methods include e-wallets or a Play+ prepaid card so that you can send money back to a credit or debit card. Play+ is a prepaid card that accepts several funding options and permits players to withdraw at ATMs in the state in which they are registered to play. However, Play+ is not used for fast payouts or instant withdrawals. Deposit Methods Most online casinos offer diverse payment methods, including bank transfers for VIP players and more substantial funds to process deposits instantly and securely with robust encryption techniques. Fortunately for online gamblers, except for a bank transfer, there aren’t usually fees for using any of the payment methods. For your consideration, we list the fastest payment methods used at the fastest payout casinos. PayPal Skrill PayNearMe Play+ Credit and Debit Cards ACH or Bank Transfer Some sites might fast-track VIP Preferred bank transfers that same day as a special perk for VIP online casino members. Withdrawal Options Instant payout casinos hook new members to join and keep coming back with fast payouts that can be processed that same day. The fastest payout online casinos use digital options like PayPal to increase the payout speed to that day or through a 24-hour process because they don’t have to go through banks for approval or transfer. Instant withdrawal casinos are also ideal for players who don’t have substantial winnings or aren’t part of a multi-tier loyalty club because they don’t require much verification. Typically, the fastest payout online casino offers these options for instant withdrawals. PayPal Skrill ACH Bank Transfer Wire Transfer To see all withdrawal methods that qualify for same-day or instant payment, visit the cashier or FAQ section for all the options. Same-Day Withdrawal vs. Instant Withdrawal Casino The fastest payout online casinos have evolved past making users wait several business days for their members to withdraw funds. Thanks to technological leaps in payment methods, American online gamblers have more choices for instant payout online casinos or same-day payout casinos. While both are technically fast withdrawal casinos, an instant withdrawal, if available as an online casino quick payout option, strives to pay to their members within hours, or in the case of PayPal, in mere minutes. First, instant withdrawal casino sites must verify the winnings, which naturally takes time. The smaller the earnings, the faster the instant withdrawal process. However, more significant winnings can cause delays in verifying the claim, especially if the fast payout casinos have withdrawal limits or the threshold must be reported to the IRS. Same-day payout online casino sites typically take up to 24 hours to complete the withdrawal process and place winnings in the member’s account the next business day. Please note that bank transfers and VIP Preferred usually take longer than 24 hours to process, even at the fastest payout online casino. To qualify, players must submit a withdrawal request during certain hours and use specific payment methods like PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay if the casinos support them. The top instant payout casinos try to limit, if not eliminate, withdrawal fees to encourage members to use them. You can always check the FAQ section to see if your site qualifies as an online casino fast payout spot. Games Available at Fast Withdrawal Online Casinos The fastest payout online casinos strive to have diverse online gambling categories to reach and appeal to as many members as possible. The goal is to lure online gamblers with the best online casino bonuses to spend frequently for instant withdrawals instead of the traditional five to 10 business days approach, not counting the initial two to three business days to process withdrawal requests. Slots are the marquee game category at any fast payout casino due to their flexible betting options and abundance of free spins. They also have a favorable payout speed and present the most diversity, including jackpot and progressive titles. The best casinos frequently add new slots to keep veteran members satisfied. Table games are the most diverse gaming category. Except for tournament games, most standalone table games qualify for fast payouts, sometimes same-day payouts. Due to their centuries-old reputation, table options like roulette and baccarat remain in high demand because they involve a winning strategy, especially if played with a live dealer. Depending on the instant payout casino, there might be a welcome bonus that applies to table games, including blackjack and craps. Of all the table games, poker offers the most variants, while roulette offers the least. Table Games Except for bingo, keno, and scratcher cards, table games are specialized casino games that involve dealing cards or spinning the wheel like roulette. Craps, which involves dice, is another table game and a staple at any fast payout online casino. Table casino games like poker, baccarat, and blackjack involve a dealer dealing the cards to players, while roulette has a croupier overseeing wagers and chips for spinning the little wheel. Unlike slot games, table games, especially poker, are used in lucrative tournaments. Because of the large payouts, tournament table games usually don’t qualify for same-day or instant payouts. Live Dealer Games Many platforms have live dealer online gambling for players who enjoy high stakes. Evolution Gaming is the pioneer of live dealer games streamed live in 4k resolution to a member’s browser or casino app. Live dealer casino games like classic baccarat, blackjack, craps, and roulette offer players an authentic Vegas-style experience with a professional dealer or croupier. Members who especially enjoy fast payout casinos appreciate the real-time transparency of the results. Slots Because slot games are the bulk of online casino gaming, it makes sense that an instant withdrawal casino like BetRivers features a bounty of free spins and other welcome bonuses. Online slots also feature the most bonuses for online casinos and are number one among casino games for instant withdrawals. Instant payout casinos are responsible for having diverse slots, especially progressive jackpots like Divine Fortune and Megaway titles like Gonzo’s Quest, to attract members to invest at their fast payout casino and build multi-million dollar jackpots. Online Casino Security Even if a site qualifies as a fast withdrawal casino, it’s important to note that they are legally obligated by their state gaming commission to provide a secure online gambling experience for their members. When you take into consideration the trillions in damages and crippling data breaches caused by cybercriminals, fast payout online casinos involve different encryption measures. The best online casinos, including any legal fast paying online casino, offer several encryption layers, but at a minimum, they use a robust SSL certificate as the base for cybersecurity. Casino sites typically use multi-factor authentication to verify log-ins for instant withdrawal, especially for selecting payment methods. In contrast, other fast payout online casinos work behind several firewalls. Any licensed online casino details its security measures on the privacy policy page. Responsible Gaming Initiatives If you live somewhere that allows access to an instant payout casino, it is important to acknowledge the risk factors of gambling. When you factor in top-notch welcome bonuses, daily free spins, instant payment methods, and lavish table game tournaments, it is easy to develop an out-of-control gambling addiction. Fortunately, the best licensed online casinos offer a devoted, responsible gambling section to help curb compulsive gambling. Besides offering a hassle-free gaming experience, the best online casinos offer members the chance to self-impose playing and loss-limit sessions for online casino gaming. Most responsible gaming sections also permit players to set up cool-off periods where they can’t access their accounts (including online gaming) until the period ends. For those who need professional help or believe their online gambling has gotten extremely out of control, please consider these highly reputable national organizations listed below. National Council on Problem Gambling Gamblers Anonymous Lanie’s Hope Gam-Anon Besides reputable national non-profit organizations, many online casinos in regulated states like Pennsylvania and Michigan, for example, have local and state resources for their members to get help with online gambling addiction. These online casinos list them in their responsible gaming sections. Frequently Asked Questions About The Top 5 Fast Withdrawal Online Casinos Below, we’ve compiled common questions and answers about the best fast withdrawal online casinos. Read on to learn more about maximizing both the payout speed and payment methods at any reputable fast payout online casino. Which payment methods offer the fastest cashouts at online casinos? While bank transfers or credit cards aren’t usually used for expedited payment methods, fast payout casino sites usually rely on sites like PayPal to get users their money as quickly as possible. What casinos offer under 1-hour withdrawals? FanDuel Casino ranks as one of the best fast-payout casinos, with members receiving winnings in under an hour. Do deposits and withdrawals have to use the same method? Usually, fast withdrawal casino sites require members to use the same deposit method for instant payouts or to withdraw money on the same day. However, other online casinos might be relaxed on this rule. For regular withdrawals, most online casinos, including instant withdrawal casinos, permit their members to choose a withdrawal method different from the initial deposit. Do online casinos charge extra fees for instant withdrawals? A good online casino has secure transactions and doesn’t impose withdrawal fees for instant withdrawals, including winnings from welcome bonuses. Not all online casinos or instant withdrawal casino sites feel obligated to charge additional fees, but some do. What factors contribute to the speed of withdrawals in online casinos? The fastest payout casinos consider when the withdrawal request was sent, the amount, and the deposit/withdrawal method. It’s wise not to use bank transfers as an instant payout method because they slow down the withdrawal process. If winnings come directly from deposit bonuses, free spins, or a welcome bonus, a reputable fast withdrawal online casino must first verify whether the wagering/playthrough requirements are met or any violations are committed. Bear in mind that online casinos, including even the fastest payout casino, must report substantial winnings to the IRS and withhold between 24% and 28%, regardless of withdrawal limits. This slows down the payout speed of any fast payout casino.

Arkansas mom arrested after 7-year-old son found walking 8 miles to school, reports say

An Arkansas mother was arrested after allegedly telling deputies “it was not her problem” that her 7-year-old son had to walk nearly 8 miles in the pitch dark after missing the school bus. The 33-year-old woman was charged with second-degree domestic battery and first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor under 10 years old, according to Craighead County jail records. The boy was found near a farm shop around 8 a.m. on Tuesday by a responding Craighead County deputy, KAIT reported. The boy told the deputy that he would get in trouble if he did not go to school, so he decided to walk after missing the bus, the Jonesboro, Arkansas-based TV station said. While talking to the deputy, the boy said he “got in trouble” the night before so his mother forced him to go to sleep without dinner, according to KAIT. USA TODAY contacted the Craighead County Sheriff’s Office but did not receive an immediate response Thursday. Why did the 7-year-old boy get ‘in trouble?’ The child got in trouble because his mother told him to watch his 2-year-old brother, but at some point, he got distracted, according to an affidavit obtained by KAIT. The boy was then sent to bed by his mother who told him to set his alarm so he could get himself up and ready for school because “she wasn’t going to,” the affidavit said, KAIT reported. When the boy began walking to school, it was dark and he hadn’t eaten breakfast, according to the affidavit, KAIT said. The child’s home is about 7.5 miles from his school, the TV station added. After speaking to the child, the deputy spoke to the 911 caller who told him he couldn’t contact the boy’s mother, according to KAIT. The deputy then drove the boy back home where he encountered his mother asleep in one of the home’s bedrooms, the TV station said. Mother woke up to the Craighead County deputy, her 7-year-old son Once the mother woke up, she confirmed everything her son told the deputy and said the boy was old enough to watch his 2-year-old brother and get himself ready for school, KAIT said. While speaking to the deputy, the mother said “it was not her problem” if her child had to walk to school, according to the affidavit, the TV station reported. The deputies took the boy’s mother to jail, and then the deputy returned to the home with the Arkansas Department of Human Services. While speaking to the other children in the home, authorities noticed “numerous bruises” on a 3-year-old’s body, the affidavit said, KAIT reported. When the 3-year-old’s father spoke to the deputy, he admitted to spanking the toddler for lying on March 31 but added that he was not aware of the bruises, the KAIT said. The father then said he was told the youngest brother hit the 3-year-old with a plastic bat, according to the affidavit, the TV station reported. The boy’s mother was released on Wednesday after posting a $50,000 bond, according to Craighead County jail records. Judge rejects Trump free speech challenge to Georgia 2020 election case

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -A Georgia judge on Thursday rejected Donald Trump’s bid to dismiss criminal charges in the state’s 2020 election interference case against him, which the Republican former U.S. president argued violate his free speech rights. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee found that the indictment alleges statements by Trump and 14 others charged in the case were made “in furtherance of criminal activity” and are not protected by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Trump and the other defendants have been charged with racketeering and other offenses over their effort to overturn Trump’s defeat in Georgia to Democratic President Joe Biden. They have pleaded not guilty. The case is one of four criminal prosecutions Trump faces as the Nov. 5 election nears. His first trial, related to hush money payments to a porn star, is due to get underway in New York later this month. “President Trump and other defendants respectfully disagree with Judge McAfee’s order and will continue to evaluate their options regarding the First Amendment challenges,” Steve Sadow, Trump’s lead lawyer on the Georgia case, said in a statement. A spokesperson for the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, which is prosecuting the case, declined to comment. The Georgia charges focus on attempts to assemble an alternate slate of presidential electors pledged to vote for Trump despite Biden’s win in the state, and Trump’s January 2021 phone call urging the state’s top election official to “find” enough votes to overturn his narrow defeat. McAfee’s ruling is a signal he will continue moving the case toward trial even as Trump and eight co-defendants continue their efforts to disqualify Fani Willis, the prosecutor overseeing the case. A Georgia appeals court is set to decide whether to take up that issue in the coming weeks. McAfee said it will be up to a jury to determine if Trump and other defendants, which include his former personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani and former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, acted with criminal intent. He said the defendants may be able to revive their challenge as additional evidence is revealed. Trump has other pending challenges to the case, including a claim that he is immune from charges tied to official actions he took as president.
